The Crookwell Heritage Rail was successful in gaining a grant to purchase new radial sleepers of our 60 foot Sellers Turntable. 
This is the first stage in restoring the turntable for preservation and future use.
Our Secretary, Peter Simpson was instrumental in preparing the grant application. It was only fitting that he accepted the grant on behalf of GCHR at the Transport Heritage Award Ceremony at Heritage House, Sydney on Saturday 27th October.
